Currently only available to our existing MRS customers, RecoveryConnect Mobile (RCM) leverages mobile technology to increase agent field visibility and recovery insight in real-time to reduce repossessions in error. The updated platform is compatible for use by iOS, Android and Windows operating systems to take advantage of all devices available to the driver in the truck.

Real-time Data Duo: RecoveryConnect and RCM Mobile App

RecoveryConnect is paired with the new RCM mobile app to arm drivers with new cases, new addresses and updated case status in real-time. Having case data at their fingertips helps drivers mitigate risk by avoiding wrongful repossessions. 

The enhanced mapping feature allows drivers to easily scan custom icons to efficiently run addresses and recover more units.  After marking On-Hook, agents can go through the asset recovery process when it’s safe and convenient. Each asset recovery form captures condition information and photos to easily create a Condition Report that can be reviewed and submitted to the client.

 

License Plate Recognition

Our integrations ensure agents receive historical hits and purchased hits.

How it works:

  • Each historical plate scan will display within RecoveryConnect for your agency to validate
  • Any validated plate scan will be added to your case and displayed on your map in RCM
  • Any purchased hits you have access to will be added to your case and display on your map.

Once logged in, the user-friendly navigation page can quickly get you to where you need to go. Search for cases, make changes and send updates on cases, apply filters, enhanced mapping features, simple picture uploading to complete condition reports. It’s all at the driver’s fingertips.

The enhanced mapping feature allows drivers to easily scan custom icons to efficiently run addresses and recover more units. Quickly create and store filters to drill your map down into what’s important to your agency. Filters can also be managed at the admin level and set for field agents. After marking On Hook, agents can go through the asset recovery process when it’s safe and convenient. Each asset recovery form captures condition information and photos to easily create a Condition Report that can be reviewed and submitted to the client.
