Quickly Provide Proof of Collateral Condition & Streamline Post-Recovery Activities with On Lot

To help agencies streamline workflows and mitigate the risks involved in post-repo activities, RCM’s On Lot now features the ability to take photos within RCM to provide proof of a collateral’s status before authorizing a release or transport. 

How to Collect Proof of an Asset’s Condition in On Lot

When completing an authorization for transport or redemption in RCM, agents can either take or upload existing photo(s) within the app to detail the current condition of the asset. Agents can also ensure they are submitting accurate data by classifying the photos as either Pre-Release, Transporter License or Borrower License in RCM.

Once all photos are added, simply click “Submit” and you’re finished. In addition, the photos can also be accessed via RecoveryConnect to help bridge the communication gap between those who are in the field and in office.  

Handle Post-Repo Tasks within RCM

In addition to adding proof of condition, RCM’s On Lot feature provides access to post-repo activities like:

• Receive and place redemption holds in RCM
• Authorize transport/remove transport authorization
• Mark transport complete
• Mark delivery complete

With On Lot, agents can manage post-recovery tasks without needing access to the computer. This allows them to handle a crucial part of the post-recovery process within the app as they receive and collect the information, minimizing the chances of human error and allowing the team to focus on what is important—making recoveries.
