Meet Kevin Zwahlen, MBSi’s Senior Agency Account Manager

Kevin Zwahlen is MBSi’s new Senior Agency Account Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in the repossession industry, Kevin will play a key role in helping strengthen relationships with repossession agents, providing support, and understanding how MBSi can best serve their needs.

Tell us about your background and roles prior to joining MBSi.

I spent 20 years in the repossession industry, starting as a field agent and later becoming a skip tracer. These roles gave me a deep understanding of the hands-on work involved in asset recovery, from locating and recovering vehicles to tracking down individuals. My experience shaped the way I approach challenges and problem-solving.

Describe your main responsibilities as MBSi’s Senior Agency Account Manager?

As MBSi’s Senior Agency Account Manager, my main responsibilities include building strong relationships with agencies and promoting products that enhance their operational efficiency. I focus on understanding their unique needs and offering solutions that streamline their processes, improve productivity, and drive overall business success. By fostering these connections, I aim to help agencies achieve better results while showcasing the value of our products in supporting their growth.

What made you want to join MBSi?

I was drawn to MBSi because of the opportunity to work with a team that’s truly focused on making a difference in the industry. I love that MBSi is all about creating innovative solutions that help businesses run more smoothly. With my background in the repossession industry, I wanted to be part of a company that values efficiency and continuous improvement, and MBSi really aligns with those values. It felt like the perfect place to take my experience to the next level while helping others succeed.

What excites you most about MBSi?

I'm excited for the chance to be part of a company that’s driving real change in the industry. The innovative products and solutions MBSi offer have such a big impact on how businesses operate, and it’s exciting to see how we can help customers improve efficiency and grow. I’m also really looking forward to collaborating with a team that shares the same passion for continuous improvement and finding new ways to make a difference.

Where are you based?

I am located in Fort Worth, Texas.

What do you like to do for fun?

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me camping or going on cruises. I love getting outdoors and disconnecting from the hustle. Camping helps me relax and recharge, and cruises are a fun way to explore new places and unwind.
