I’m grateful. Logging my first full calendar year at MBSi, I look back with appreciation for so many generosities and learning experiences.
Throughout this year, I’ve had the chance to meet and hear from many of our customers and service providers about their experiences in the industry and with MBSi. I’ve encountered awesome engagement with everyone as I continue to come up to speed, all of which has allowed me to better understand how we can be of service to you. I’m still asking lots of questions and appreciate the patience of many to help chart a path to success for us.
We’ve had many accomplishments and delivered key promises in 2024. We’ve also had some misses but have been afforded the grace to recover and make things right. For that, we are thankful. All in all, I’m absolutely convinced that we are on the right path to being a great technology partner for our clients. While the work is never finished, 2024 has felt like a strong effort in the right direction.
To the MBSi team, my deepest appreciation and unequivocal pride. When I speak with our clients and service providers, they universally praise the attitude and commitment of the MBSi team, which has been a source of pride and makes my job so rewarding. This is one of the top teams I’ve ever had the good fortune to work with. And that is indeed priceless.
Looking forward, I expect 2025 to be a continuation of our journey to being the premier technology product company in this industry.
