Sign Up for a MBSi Account

This form will begin the sign up process for the user to create an official company account with MBSi. Please ensure you have administrative privileges* within your company before proceeding with Recovery Connect signup.

If you are (or ever have been) an iRepo/Re-Pros user you do not need to fill out this form, please contact the MBSi support team at 602-864-7847 or support@mbsicorp.com for further assistance in signing up for Recovery Connect.

Upon submitting this signup form, you will receive an email with a temporary username and further instructions on how set up your Recovery Connect account. For security reasons, your temporary password will be sent separately via text to the mobile number provided.

To set up your account, you will be instructed to download Recovery Connect App Exchange on a desktop or laptop PC running Microsoft Windows Vista or a newer Microsoft operating system. Do not attempt to complete the rest of the process on an unsupported device.

*Note: Administrative privileges include the authority to sign up for a software service on behalf of your company. If you do not know if you have this authority, please check with your manager. If you do not have administrative privileges, please ask an appropriate administrator to complete the Recovery Connect signup process.
